About ako bishoku
Hello, my name is Ako Kawano, the owner of "ako bishoku".
"Bishoku" means beautiful eating/food in Japanese. Under my own definition, I would say bishoku can be healthy eating, beautiful looking food, happy eating, enjoying eating, happy meal time with family and friends, etc.
After received culinary arts degree and baking & pastry certificate, and worked at a pastry kitchen in a fine French restaurant and a private golf country club, now I enjoy working on my own as a private pastry chef and instructor.
I would love to share the "bishoku" experience with people who love food and enjoy eating with family and friends :D Thank you!
